- Once printed, orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days (domestic USA) or 5–14 business days (international).

- Free Standard Tracked Shipping is offered globally, including the USA.
- Some orders may be fulfilled by third-party suppliers handling inventory and logistics.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged, email support@sketchmecartoon.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Photos of the damaged item(s).
- Your order number.
We’ll arrange a free replacement.
Lost/Stolen Packages
- We’re not liable for packages marked "delivered" but lost/stolen after reaching the provided address.
- Upon request, we’ll share delivery confirmation, tracking details, and carrier information to assist your investigation.
