• After delivering your Digital Portrait via email, we wait 48 hours (or for your approval, whichever comes first) before printing and shipping your physical order.
• Once printed, orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days (domestic USA) or 5–14 business days (international).

Shipping Options & Coverage

• Free Standard Tracked Shipping is offered globally, including the USA.
• Some orders may be fulfilled by third-party suppliers handling inventory and logistics.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged, email support@sketchmecartoon.com within 7 days of delivery with:

1. Photos of the damaged item(s).
2. Your order number.
   We’ll arrange a free replacement.

Lost/Stolen Packages

• We’re not liable for packages marked "delivered" but lost/stolen after reaching the provided address.
• Upon request, we’ll share delivery confirmation, tracking details, and carrier information to assist your investigation.
